Ground Operative/Fencer/Arborist/Plant Operator - Permanent Position

Immediate Start

We are currently seeking competent operatives to work in a construction and rail environment. Potential to advance within the business Experience and qualifications in the forestry, fencing and ground works would be desirable but not essential. Training will be given. Plant and machinery qualifications will be considered extremely advantageous, although training will be given to the right candidate particularly NPTC Chainsaw/PA1/PA6 Certification and CPCS Excavator, Tractor and Tele-handler qualifications and PTS.

Successful candidates must be able to work within a team, and use their initiative in what is a physically demanding role. They should be within commuting distance of Three Shires HQ, near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.

At times candidates will be expected to work a minimum 80% away (occasionally at short notice), and occasionally at night and in all regions of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). Driving Licence and CSCS card are essential.
